NetoBricks — Terms for invited businesses

This page applies to businesses we invited to take part in our programme for improving the service (“the programme”). It adds to the terms of use and the privacy policy; where it says something different about price, length or support access, it governs.

1 · What the programme is

Three months, from the day you start, with a small number of businesses. We build, you correct, and we both measure whether it is worth it to you. This is a product at the beginning of its life: things will change, and some will break along the way.

2 · What you get

• A map of how the work is done at your business, from a conversation with you and the files you choose to give.
• One tool for the problem you choose, and further tools, research and handling of tasks up to your plan's monthly limit, as shown in the app.
• A direct line to the people who build the system.

3 · What we ask

• About two hours at the start, and a fifteen-minute call once a month.
• Your corrections. Unless you tell us where we got it wrong, the system does not get better.
• Support access. By accepting these terms you approve that we may see what the system produced for you (your model, the agent's recommendations and research, your tools and what they hold), follow how the interview is going, and correct it. Nothing asks you again. Every look and every change is logged and shown to you in settings. The approval lasts 90 days from the day you accepted, and leaving the programme in settings stops the access at once.
• Measurement. We count how the system is used: how many corrections, which tools stayed in use, how much time was saved. We show those numbers to others only as a summary, without your business's name. We will not name you without your separate, written consent.

4 · The interview: its price, when it starts, and cancelling

Before the subscription there is an interview. We interview you about how the work in your business is done, map it into a model of the business, and send you our suggestions for what is worth building together with a quote for the subscription.

• The price. The interview costs one sum, once. The sum is shown on the order page and said to you in WhatsApp before you pay. If you go on to a subscription, the sum is taken off your first month’s payment in full.
• How you receive it. The interview is a digital service; nothing is shipped. It opens for you in the app as soon as the payment is received, usually within minutes and no later than one business day. You move through it at your own pace.
• What you get at the end. Once you have finished, we go over what we learned and send the suggestions and the quote, usually within seven business days.
• Cancelling and refunds. If you cancel before the interview has started — before you answered its first question — the sum is refunded in full. Once the interview has started there is no refund, because the work is already being done. You cancel by a message to our WhatsApp or to the e-mail at the end of this page, and the refund is made to the means of payment you used within 14 days.
• After the interview you need not go on. The subscription starts only if you accepted the quote.

5 · The price for the first three months

After the interview we send you a quote. In most cases it is one of the plans in the table, by the size of your business and by how much work a month the suggestions we chose are expected to take. Only if no plan is enough for you do we offer a different price, in writing and before anything starts.

The prices in the table are a reduced price for the first three months, for businesses we invited to help us improve the service. The regular price, which applies after them, is in section 7, and the app shows the two side by side.

• There is no setup fee.
• For a larger business we agree a price in writing before starting.
• Payment is at the start of each month, by bank transfer or Bit, against a receipt. We do not charge VAT.
• When your plan's monthly limit is reached the work stops. You are not charged more unless you choose to add to it.

What the price includes

• Your plan's monthly limit. Everything the system does for you counts against it: research, building tools, answers and documents, the voice interview, WhatsApp messages that cost money, rendering pictures and videos, and storage. The app shows how much has been used at any moment.
• Pages published at our address: a site, a poll or a sign-up page.

None of these is bought without your approval in advance.

6 · Leaving

You can leave at the end of any month by telling us. Your information stays yours: you can export it and delete it, as the terms of use say.

7 · After the three months

• At the end of the three months the subscription continues by itself, at the price below, unless you have told us you are leaving.
• We remind you 30 days before the three months end, with the new price and the date it starts.
• The regular price, after them: ₪290 a month for a business of up to 10 staff, ₪690 a month for a business of up to 40.
• For a business that took part in the programme, that price is locked for 12 months from the end of the three months, even if the list price goes up.

8 · What we do not promise

We do not promise a business result: more customers, more revenue or a saving of a particular amount. We promise to build what we agreed, to fix what you tell us is wrong, and to tell you honestly if it is not working.
