NetoBricks — Terms of use and site rules
Version 2026-10-25 · section 10: publishing to YouTube is under the YouTube Terms of Service. Before it: version 2026-10-21 · in force from 21 October 2026 for new accounts, and from 4 November 2026 for accounts opened before it (section 4: the agent sends by itself where you allowed it; section 8: mail you forward to us, and sending from Gmail). Before it: version 2026-10-19 (section 15 gains “Deleting an account yourself”: kept 30 days, and restored or started new at the next sign-in). Section 11's “Storage” is in force from 17 October 2026 for new accounts and from 31 October 2026 for accounts opened before it; section 7 gained “Using the service fairly” on 14 October. Corrected the same day, before it applies to any existing account: section 8 says WhatsApp is for signing up and for links only, the interview opens in the app, and section 16 drops the fixed 14 days: a change is announced before it takes effect, and anybody who does not accept it may close the account first and is refunded for the time after it. The Hebrew text is the binding one.
1 · Who we are
NetoBricks is run by Ido Lavon, a registered business (עוסק) in Haifa, Israel. Contact: support@netobricks.com, phone and WhatsApp +972 55-774-3517. “We” below means that business. “You” means the business that opens an account, and the person who opens it on its behalf.
By opening an account, or by answering “start” to our WhatsApp number, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing for a business, you confirm you may do so.
The service is for businesses. It is not offered to consumers or to anyone under 18.
2 · What the service does
NetoBricks learns how your business works — from what you and your staff tell it, show it and correct — and builds tools for the parts of the work that hurt most: checklists, training, drafts, reminders, pages.
It works beside what you already run. It does not replace it. It is not your bookkeeping, your till, your booking system, your customer file or your archive. Keep your own records in your own systems. If NetoBricks is unavailable for a week, your business should run as it did before.
3 · Your account and your people
The owner of the account decides who is invited and what they may see. You are responsible for what the people you invite do in it, and for telling your staff that you use the service and that what they write or say to it is kept in your account.
Keep sign-in details private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
4 · What it produces, and what you must check
Much of what NetoBricks writes is produced by AI models. So:
- A guess is labelled as a guess. What we worked out ourselves, what came from a source, and what you confirmed are marked differently. Until you confirm something, treat it as our first attempt.
- It can be wrong. Check anything before you rely on it — prices, quantities, dates, rules, safety steps.
- It is not professional advice. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, medical, food-safety or work-safety advice. Where it cites a rule, the source is shown so you can read it; the rule may have changed.
- **Anything that goes to your customers is a draft until you send it, unless you allowed otherwise.** A letter, a quote, a post, a reply to a customer: by default you approve it, and it goes out under your name and on your responsibility. The monitoring screen shows how much correcting the agent needs in each area. In an area where you choose to let it send by itself, it sends in your name and on your responsibility, every send is logged, and you can withdraw the permission at any time.
- It never completes an irreversible act for you — a filing, a payment, a commitment to a date. At most it prepares one for you to do.
5 · What is yours
Everything you put in stays yours: what you and your staff tell it, your steps, your files and photos, and whatever you write or load into a tool. You can export it and you can delete it, at any time.
The tools themselves are a different thing, and they are ours: section 13.
Nobody else sees it — except our own staff, for businesses in our programme for improving the service, and only with your yes: taking part in the programme means approving support access, so that we can see what the system produced for you and correct it. It is logged, shown to you, lasts 90 days, and ends the moment you leave the programme in settings. The privacy policy sets it out in full. We never name you or your business to anyone without your separate, written yes. We do not sell or share your account's content.
You give us permission to store and process that content only to run the service for you.
6 · Corrections, and the one thing that stays
When you correct the general picture of how a trade works — “no, in a kitchen this happens before that” — the correction stays yours, and you give us a non-exclusive, perpetual, unattributed licence to use it to improve that general picture for everyone.
A point enters the shared picture only when three businesses with no connection between them have each said it independently. By then it belongs to none of them in particular and carries nothing that identifies any of them.
What makes your place different never enters it, however many say it: your recipes, prices, suppliers, names, and anything you mark as yours.
When you delete your account, your content is deleted. One thing does not come back out: a point that three unconnected businesses made independently. This is the same sentence the delete-account screen shows.
7 · What must not go in
Do not put into NetoBricks:
- anything about an identifiable customer, patient or client of yours that you are bound to keep confidential — a real case, a file, a diagnosis;
- identity numbers, card numbers, passwords, or health information about any person;
- personal details of anyone you have no right to share;
- anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
Describe how the work is done, not who it was done for. If something of this kind is entered by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.
Using the service fairly
Do not, yourself or through anyone or anything acting for you:
- try to make the agent ignore its rules, or hide instructions for it in a message, a file or a page;
- try to learn our instructions, our code, our database, our keys or how the service is built, or take it apart;
- collect, copy or export the research and knowledge the service holds as a whole — by automated means or by many small requests — beyond what your own business needs from it, one question at a time;
- use it to do, plan or hide anything unlawful, or anything that would harm a person.
The agent refuses such a request and records it: the message, what was written before it in the same conversation, and the times. Nothing is blocked by itself. Our staff are told and may read that record — only that one. If it was made by somebody who works for your business, you are told too, and you decide whether to suspend them. An owner's account, or any account, may be warned or blocked only by us (section 15). If you think a request was flagged by mistake, write to us and a person will look at it.
8 · WhatsApp
Our WhatsApp number is used for two things only: signing up, and sending you or your staff links (to a training, a guide, a to-do reminder). Everything else, updates and talking to the agent included, happens in the app. A request to cancel or for a refund written to that number still reaches us and is answered in writing. The messages are carried by WhatsApp (Meta), under Meta's own terms. We keep the phone number in order to know which business a link belongs to.
Meta's terms do not allow health information, or information the law requires to be kept confidential, to be sent through WhatsApp. Section 7 applies there with full force.
The bot does not hold conversations. It writes first only to send a link or a reminder you switched on, and you can switch them off, or ask to disconnect a number, at any time.
E-mail. You can forward the business's mail to a secret address of your own with us: it is sorted, the agent drafts a reply, and it is kept for 90 days. We never enter or read your mailbox; only what you chose to forward reaches us. If you connected Gmail for sending, a reply you approved is sent from your own address, in your name and on your responsibility. The permission Google gives is for sending only, and you can withdraw it at any time on the connections screen or in your Google account.
9 · Pages you publish
NetoBricks can publish a page for you that anyone can open — a site, a poll, a sign-up. What is on it is yours and your responsibility, including anything you collect through it from the public and what the law requires you to tell them.
10 · Who else touches the data
We use other companies to run the service: for the database, for hosting, for the AI models, for speech, for WhatsApp, for payment. The current list, and what reaches each, is in section 8 of the privacy policy.
Some of them process data outside Israel, in the European Union or the United States. AI providers do not use your content to train their models; a provider may keep what it was sent for a limited period to detect abuse — currently up to 30 days, and longer only for content flagged as breaking its rules.
YouTube. If you publish a video to YouTube from the service, it goes through YouTube API Services, and by using that feature you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy applies to what Google receives.
How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
11 · Plans and payment
For invited businesses, the terms for invited businesses set what is charged, until when, and the price afterwards. Where they differ from this section, they govern.
Plans, what each includes, and prices are shown in the app before you choose. Payment is monthly, in advance, in shekels. We do not charge VAT, and we issue a receipt rather than a tax invoice.
Each plan has a monthly ceiling for the work the system does, counted in credits. Apart from storage (below), that is the only limit. A plan does not limit how many tools you have built or use. Credits count everything the service spends for you: the model's work, storage beyond what the plan includes, computing, and outside services such as messages, voice, search and images, and any other cost of running it. The app shows what was used, and on what.
When the ceiling is reached the work stops; you are not charged more unless you choose to add to it.
Storage. Each plan includes room for files and room for records, shown in the app. A storage pack for a month can be added, at the price shown before paying. Storage is for running the business — product photos, documents and the records your sites collect — not for backups or a media archive. When it is full, new files and records are not stored until a pack is added or space is freed, and the same holds while the subscription is not active. Everything already stored stays available to read, edit, delete and export, and orders and enquiries from your pages keep coming in for a little while. If a business uses far more than its plan, we will talk to you first, and we will never delete anything.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for; that month is not refunded, except where the law says otherwise. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next month, and you may cancel before it does.
Refunds. A payment taken by mistake — the same payment twice, or a sum other than the one you were shown — is refunded in full, to the means of payment it came from, within 14 days of our learning of it. A payment made on a payment page that is no longer valid is applied or refunded, as you choose. Apart from that, a month that was paid for is not refunded, as said above. Where we do agree to a refund, we look at how much of the month has passed and how much of its allowance was used. You ask for a refund by a message to the WhatsApp number or the e-mail in section 1.
A kept card. We never hold your card's number. If you let a card be kept for the monthly charge, what is kept is a token issued by the payment company, which works only for payments to us. You can remove it at any time in the app, under Subscription; it is then not charged again, and each next month is paid for on a page we send you.
Delivery, cancelling and refunds. The service is digital; nothing is shipped. The interview opens for you in the app as soon as the payment is received, usually within minutes and no later than one business day. The interview is bought once: if you cancel before it has started the sum is refunded in full within 14 days to the means of payment you used, and once it has started there is no refund. A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, as said above. You cancel by a message to the WhatsApp number or the e-mail in section 1. The full detail is in the terms for invited businesses.
12 · Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and do not promise that it will run without interruption or error. We may change, add or remove features. We may suspend an account that endangers the service or other customers, or that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
13 · What is ours
The service itself — the software, the design, the general model of how trades work — is ours. These terms give you the right to use it while your account is open; they do not transfer it.
The tools we build are ours too. A tool built in the service — its software, its design and the way it is put together, including one built at your request and for your business — is the intellectual property of NetoBricks. You have the right to use it for your business while your account is open. What you put into it stays yours (section 5), and you can export it. We may build tools like it for other businesses, with nothing of yours in them.
NetoBricks' own apps. Some apps work better as one app that many businesses and their customers use together. Those are NetoBricks' apps: we run them and offer them to businesses, and they are not tools built for your business. If you choose to use one, its own terms and its own price apply — a subscription, a price per person, or a commission on what is sold through it — and are shown to you before you join. What your customers pay you through such an app is paid to you, into your own account with your payment provider; we do not hold it. A commission is added to your monthly bill from us, as a line of its own, for what you sold through the app since the last bill. The rate is shown to you before you join. If a bill that includes a commission is not paid within 14 days, we may pause your selling through that app until it is; your customers' own records in it stay available to them and to you.
If you send us an idea for improving the service, we may use it without owing you anything.
14 · Our liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for a decision made on the strength of something the service produced that you did not check;
- our total liability to you, for everything connected with the service, is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event — and where you paid nothing, to ₪250.
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
15 · Ending
You may close your account at any time. We may close an account on 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious breach. On closing, your content is deleted within 90 days and your account details within 30, apart from the one thing in section 6 and what the law requires us to keep (such as payment records).
Deleting an account yourself. You can delete your own account in the app, on the account screen. It is then kept aside for 30 days: nobody can reach it, the other people in your businesses see only that it was deleted and the date it goes, and a business that was only yours stops working until then. If you sign in again within those 30 days — only after signing in, which proves the address is yours — you are shown the saved account and choose: restore it, exactly as it was, or start new, which erases the saved one at once and cannot be undone. After 30 days it is erased, with every business that was only yours, apart from the one thing in section 6 and what the law requires us to keep. The owner of a business that other people still work in hands it to another owner first.
The same holds for an account that one of your customers opens with your business on a page or app we built for you: when they delete it, it is kept 30 days, you see only that it was deleted and when it goes, and if they sign in again within that time they choose to restore it or start new.
16 · Changes to these terms
We will tell you before a material change takes effect, in the app or by message, early enough for you to decide. If you do not accept it, you may close your account before it takes effect, and anything you paid for a period after that day is refunded.
17 · Law and courts
Israeli law applies. The courts of Haifa have sole jurisdiction.
18 · Age limit
A condition of buying on the site and of using the service is that the buyer is 18 years old or older, and buys in the name of a business they are entitled to act for.
19 · Delivery of the service
The service is digital; no physical product is shipped.
- The interview opens for the buyer in the app as soon as the payment is received, usually within minutes and no later than one business day from the purchase.
- The suggestions and the quote are usually sent within seven business days of the day the interview was finished.
- A monthly subscription starts on the day you accepted the quote and the first payment was received.
We are not responsible for a delay caused by force majeure, by a fault at an outside provider (WhatsApp, for example), or by not having received from you an answer that was needed to go on.
20 · Cancelling a purchase
- The interview. You may cancel the purchase from the moment it is made until the interview has started, that is, until you answered its first question. In that case the sum is refunded in full, within 14 days, to the means of payment you used. Once the interview has started there is no refund, because the service has already been given.
- A monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, and that month is not refunded unless the law says otherwise.
- How to cancel. By a written message to WhatsApp +972 55-774-3517 or to support@netobricks.com. We confirm the cancellation to you in writing.
21 · Liability for the service
Our liability for the service bought on the site is set out in section 14. In short:
- The service is provided as it is. What it produces, including the model of the business, the suggestions, the documents and the tools, is an aid and is not professional, legal, accounting or other advice. Responsibility for decisions made on its basis is the business's.
- We, and anybody acting for us, are not liable for indirect or consequential damage caused by using the service.
- Our total liability is limited to the sum you paid us in the twelve months before the event, and where you paid nothing, to ₪250.
Nothing in this section limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited.
