Accessibility statement
Updated: 5 October 2026
We want NetoBricks to be easy to use for everyone who works with it, including people with disabilities. This statement says what has been done, what has not yet, and who to write to when something does not work.
Accessibility level
We are working to meet Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG guidelines at level AA. No external accessibility auditor has reviewed the service yet, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we have done
- Every regular screen can be used with a keyboard, and the focused element is clearly marked.
- Language and writing direction are set on every screen, in Hebrew and English.
- Colours were chosen so that text is readable on its background, in light and dark mode.
- Screens adapt to a phone and a computer, and work with browser text zoom.
- Someone who asked their device to reduce motion sees the screens without animation.
- Every form field has a label, and an error is said in words, not by colour alone.
- The interview about the business can be done in writing, not only by voice.
Known limitations
- The 3D practice rooms and the games need sight and a mouse or touch, and do not yet have a full keyboard or screen-reader alternative.
- Tools and pages the agent builds for a business are checked against the same rules, but each one is new and may carry a fault that was not caught.
- Pictures a business uploads are shown without a description unless the business wrote one.
- The WhatsApp conversation happens inside WhatsApp, and its accessibility depends on WhatsApp's own app.
Found a problem?
Tell us what did not work, on which screen and on which device, and we will deal with it. If you need the information or the service another way in the meantime, we will find one together.
